With over 30 years of experience serving as an internationally recognized green leader, Principal, Andrew Pride consults with national and international brands as a facilitator and strategic advisor. Andrew's career spans the private and public sector, where he focused on applying transformative skills to influence positive change in energy efficiency, green building design, and sustainable growth. In an effort to share his "purpose driven progress" ethos, Andrew founded Andrew Pride Consulting in 2015 to unify organizations in Canada and the US to connect, collaborate, and contribute to making the world a better place.

In his 11+ years at the Minto Group, Andrew successfully led Minto in evolving the company's green culture earning Minto the 2010 Ontario Green Builder of the Year Award. Diverting 85% of office waste from landfill, locally sourcing 50% of construction materials, and launching the company's first Net Zero Energy home are among a few of his major accomplishments.

As the VP of Conservation at the Ontario Power Authority (now known as IESO) Andrew effectively impacted change at a bureaucratic level. By establishing the well-known saveONenergy™ brand, Andrew managed and facilitated hundreds of partners to provide Ontarians with customer-centric solutions to reduce residential energy consumption, offer green incentives, and influence sustainable living. This resulted in the Minister of Energy renewing their commitment to an additional 6-years of conservation and $3B in 2014.
